I just came back home to Vancouver ! I was to HKand Singapore for my Holiday , I to pick Cathy Pacific for my flight , and I order the Premium Economy for my sit ! The sit is not too comfortable but the price we have to pay is very hight ! If you want to have a good sit and good service , you must be have to get the first class ! Its work it to pay for the hight price , and the server is big different too .

Not that useful

App requires yet another sign in and password to add to your collection. Not even able to browse flights without an account. Stick with the website and save your d vice memory.

Still no multi-destination option!

Still no booking options for multi-destinations otherwise for point A to B is good enough.

User unfriendly

PIN is requested every login.

Very bad app! anything useful in this app, no memory tickets, no information, pass book does not work .... whats the use?

Less functional

Check-in rarely works thru app (not the case before). It always asks me to check in via website. Used to like this app but increasingly unpleasant.

iPad cant login

iPad cant login, shows "technical issues", page loading slow, please have an option to turn off the opening tips.

Worthless

I have flights coming up with this airline so I downloaded the app. Wont let me sign in, it cant find either my registered account, my booking, or my eticket number.

I cant find anywhere in the app to check in my flight

I cant find anywhere in the app to check in my flight. Basically after upgrading the app, the only option left for me is to book a new flight. Useless!

Notifications and FF account info

The app does not show up under notifications settings so I cant set notifications from the app. Can someone please correct this flaw!

Constant technical error

As a frequent flyer, overall the app is good, but what is the point of mobile boarding pass when it doesnt work! Please fix it soon!

Terrible

In the name of Charles Barkley, just terrble. I dont understand the price we pay to have for premium economy and all these "extra fees" they cant find the time fix their horrendous web experience. Your partnering airlines is doing better then you. I fly United usually (could learn a little from them) and this is one of the many reasons I stay away from CX and happily put my money elsewhere.

The app is so hopeless please remove it from online store.

Tried to use this a few time hope it gets better but nothing works. Can with with passport, getting booking out is ugly and like logging online. Totally waste of time.
