Nice and handle app

Love all other information beside the check in.

impractical apps. Not recommended

An information only app. Very disappointed. There are far more than just checking flight on an iPhone airline app.

Useless

Cannot check prices of flights or book. Design looks pretty bad.

Not useful at all

So you have to enter your Asia Miles account and password to retrieve your booking, no problem here, but why cant the app at least offer the option to memorize my ID and password? I dont know if it is due to their system upgrade, but I get two extra segments on my booking, something that should not be on my itinerary. How can I trust an app that has incorrect data? With the other airlines app the schedule can be populated to my iPhone calendar, no such option here. I would rather use the email confirmation from Cathay, at least the data is correct.

Keeps freezing

I downloaded it and as soon I press select country and language, it spins around a couple of times and freezes. I uninstalled, reinstalled and did it again. Suffice to say, its buggy and if I cant get passed the into, Im not very enthusiastic about it. Its a shame because Cathay is an excellent airline -- easily in the top five globally -- and we enjoy to fly them. Its a shame theres so many negative reviews by others as well. Hope they lift their game in the app department.

hey can you guys make a version so ot can work with passbook that way it is more convinent. thanks.

Wasnt that useful for me.

Sad to say the app did not operate the way I expected. Either a delay in the data. Or the app is using a regular incoming and outgoing schedule. I had a phone call saying that they arrived early. The app said the flight had not arrived yet. Unfortunately I havent used it for anything else.

i was wondering why this app is award winning...not functional...cant add marco polo card to passbook...and they just link you to the mobile website to do all the rest...

I dont understand why CX can have such an ugly app. This is regional airliners level. Make some change.

Not useful

You need a Marco Polo membership in order to use it. Not user friendly and the information is limited.

Lack quick access to info and dated

This app is dated and require serious update. It lacks quick access to account info, status, virtual card, booking associated with account, upcoming trips etc.

Couldnt add schedule to passbook

It was works in previous version but not the latest one

Big flop

The new app looks great but does not work at all. I have not been able to check in for any flights since upgrading. And no more timetable or schedule search? Huge flop.

It takes forever to load. And always lose connection. Whats the point of this app?

Could improve

User interface is sluggish loading time is far too long, I always need to re-log in after exiting the app. Please check out your competitor Singapore airlines app, it is far more stable.
