Really needs to be reworked

This app is pretty horrible.

First, it doesnt keep you logged in so you always have to dig up you membership number to access your information.

Next, the check in process doesnt remember your information even after you log in. I had to enter my passport information every time since they never seem to have it right in their system even though I have entered it numerous times.

Also, the back button doesnt work in most parts of the experience. When I didnt want to change my seat I checked back and it said that I was logged out due to an error. Sweet.

Finally, forget about getting boarding passes on the phone. They only give you the option of emailing it to yourself to print out later. Whats the point then?

If you want to look for a better airline app look at the United app. It has some flaws but makes itself pretty easy to use.
